Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Austria (Domestic):

• Standard Shipping: €5.00
• Free Shipping on orders over €100

Europe:

• Standard Shipping: €5.00

Outside Europe (USA & International):

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via DPD. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
